What is Future Aces? Future Aces is a leadership program that promotes good traits. Future Aces is a program founded by Herb Carnagie, an African American hockey player. He was denied entry into the NHL because of his skin colour. Instead of carrying out revenge against the NHL, he created the Future Aces. According to the Future Aces creed, A stands for attitude, ability, action and achieve. C stands for co-operate, courage and confidence. E stands for empathy, example and education. Finally, S stands for service and sportsmanship.
